Return and Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return - You have 48 hours MAX to contact me after receiving your order if something is wrong & 24 Hours to Ship back to me after I've confirmed the return process or your return will be CANCELLED. 
• State of return - Exactly packaged how received. Hair Tag MUST still be attached, initial shipping label, NO signs that the hair was tampered with in any way
• Reason for return -  wrong product 
• Process for return - Please email me with your order number and proof of wrong product. 
• Process of refund - In any forms of refund, you will be refunded through the initial form of payment, please allow up to 7 Business days for electronic refund to process. (Depending on your bank it may come back sooner)
